Southam United Bowling Club

On a cold and damp evening our men traveled to Snitterfield in the Wardrop Cup. With Ian winning the 2 wood they were off to a good start. Denis's triple were soon pulling away whilst Ted's rink were doing likewise. Bob's pair were finding it more of a struggle whilst Stu was settling down to a close tussle in the 4 wood singles. Denis eventually pulled away for a comprehensive win whilst Ted's rink dropped a couple of 4s but managed to stay ahead. With Bob eventually losing Southam had won the match but Stu fought back to 20 - 20 and after having a tie on the deciding end it was agreed to shake hands leaving Southam 3 - 1 winners and facing Matrix on July 25th
