In a spirited match Heather lost narrowly to Amy Cowdrill 21 - 18. Unfortunately Heather then had to meet Amy the foloowing day in the WWBA version and this time a combination of having already played in the WWBA Pairs with Chris Cooke, which they won, and the rain affected green meant that once again Amy won.
