After many years in the negotiation and development the lease for the new clubhouse and green at Lark Road is due to be signed on August 31st. The committee are actively working on the schedule to move from Banbury Road and it is anticipated that the move should be completed by September 17th providing that everything goes according to plan and that they get the expected support from all members. Because of intervening holidays it is not expected that the work fitting out the kitchen and bar areas will be completed until late October but it is hoped to hold the club A. G. M. shortly after it is finished.
